Spending Saturday nights on the couch with a carton of Rocky Road ice cream is not the road to recovery my friend. Breakups are terrible, and we’ve all been there. But what if I told you that it doesn’t have to be this way? There is a method to the madness, and a way to get your life, and relationship, back on track. If you need to know how to save a relationship, I think I can help you.
No, I’m not Dr.Phil, but I do have some experience in dealing with breakups. I too, have been on the couch eating some sort of delicious ice cream feeling like the world has reached its end. There is a healthy way to get your relationship back. And to get this process to work, first you have to work on yourself, which starts be getting up off the couch and looking at the situation.
In order to save a relationship a person must accept the situation. By accepting it you can better understand how to fix it. What happened to drive the two of you apart? I’m sure that at one time you had a very strong bond, and deep feelings for each other. What if I told you that those feelings weren’t gone, but you just needed some time to sort things out?
Time is good for you, because it’s going to allow you to develop a strategy. Whatever you do don’t chase your ex further away by blowing up their phone, or by become a texting terrorist! Yes, I’m sure at this point you’ve thought of many things that you could work on, but don’t go announcing them to the world just yet. Panic and anxiety drive people to do crazy things, which in turn make them even more anxious and panicky!
Become appealing to your ex by becoming a better person. Small changes make a big difference. Improving your relationship with friends and getting stronger in the workplace can really help to strengthen you as a person. Hold off on making any life altering moves though, don’t go buy a brand new sports car that you can’t afford to try and impress your ex. It won’t work.
By working on yourself and making positive changes in your life you’re becoming a more appealing person, a better person. And when you do make contact with your ex again it’s going to show that they’re missing out, you’ve become desirable. That’s the goal isn’t it? In order save a relationship you need to be better now than you were before.
Look, I know exactly how you are feeling right now… I've been there before, and have watched several of my friends self destruct right in front of my eyes because of an ugly break up.
This is how to save a relationship. And if you are truly hurting and want to restore what you had with your ex, I need you to hold it together for a couple of minutes and check out this video, I promise you it will change your life forever, and help you become a better person. I know it worked for me!
